ZENTS got its start after a life changing car accident took the brand founder on a healing journey from Boulder, Colorado to India. A year of meditation, yoga, and herbal treatments with a specialist who focused on “treating the untreatable” led to what doctors thought was impossible—healing. Out of this renewal and recovery ZENTS was born. The brand brings a mission to uplift the mind, body, and spirit, and to deliver the message that healing is possible.

Return Policy

HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS?

Zents accepts complimentary returns for unopened, unused items within 15 days of receipt of your order, minus shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 1-2 days upon delivery of the return. Regrettably, we are unable to offer exchanges. If an error was made by our team, rest assured we will make it right. WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If your products were damaged during shipment, please save the box and its contents, take pictures of damage and contact us at customerservice@zents.com. We will contact the carrier and your damaged products will be replaced.
