HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS?
Zents accepts complimentary returns for unopened, unused items within 15 days of receipt of your order, minus shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 1-2 days upon delivery of the return. Regrettably, we are unable to offer exchanges. If an error was made by our team, rest assured we will make it right. To request a return or to contact our friendly Customer Care team, please email customerservice@zents.com.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
If your products were damaged during shipment, please save the box and its contents, take pictures of damage and contact us at customerservice@zents.com. We will contact the carrier and your damaged products will be replaced.
